Softball
The Softball Academy is designed to provide a positive learning environment for both male and female students to improve their skills in an area of great passion. With access to excellent coaching and training facilities, this program enhances the overall school experience by providing students with opportunities to improve their health, fitness and self-confidence on a daily basis.
Components:
- On-field coaching & skills development
- Off-field training
- Skills development at the individual, intermediate and advanced levels.
- Teamwork, leadership and community involvement
- Sports nutrition & biomechanics
Students can register through the Sooke School District Academy Site. Registration will open at 6:00 am on February 6th, 2023.
