VIHA COVID Vaccination Clinic

Island Health has been in contact with our School District, and EMCS has been requested to host a COVID vaccination clinic for EMCS students and staff interested in being vaccinated. The clinic will run on Tuesday, September 14^th.  Consent packages are available in classrooms and the office.   These are not personalized consent forms so students wishing to be vaccinated will need to enter appropriate information and bring the forms to the clinic.  At EMCS, students interested in being vaccinated in grades 9/10 will have access in the morning, grades 11/12 in the afternoon.  We anticipate the clinic to operate between 9am-4pm.
