Daily Physical Fitness Requirements for the Graduation Transitions course are:
- 150 minutes of exercise in the school year the student is graduating.
- The 150 minutes can be acquired through participation in a community sports team or a school sports team. Student will be required to get a coach’s signature.
- The 150 minutes can be logged on through learnnowbc.ca, students will complete a registration section which will then allow them to go into the site each week and document the physical activity and the hours.
- The required time can also be achieved through taking PE 11/12, or Women’s Active Living.
